I got my BFP yesterday, and am so thrilled! This will be our third child on Earth (we lost one to miscarriage just after Thanksgiving), and maybe we'll get our first boy this time around!<br><br>
My EDD is the 10th, and I'm so excited to be sharing these 9 months with all of you! We're small now, but our numbers (along with our bellies!) will grow quickly. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

Welcome!!<br><br>
You're right about the bellies. I'm not even 6 weeks and it's almost obvious. It sure does happen a lot faster the second time around!

Congrats and welcome! I'm 5 weeks today and there's no hiding this belly. We had to tell our other 4 a couple of days ago because one of them realized how much my belly had grown overnight (literally.) I think it gets bigger faster every single time!

Hi all, Im extremely nervous to move over here from the TTC thread.<br><br>
I got my BFP 4 days ago! Im due on the 10th of January too!!<br><br>
We have been TTC for 7 months and this cycle was going to be out last for a long time due to DH deployment next year so Im still in shock that it worked.<br>
DH also had a slightly low SA earlier this cycle so I dint hold out much hope for us and started researching IUI for when we could start TTC again.<br><br>
Im heading to my Dr on tuesday to get a blood test.<br><br>
My first tests (yes mulitples) were obvious but faint, my subsequent tests, including the one from an hour ago are super duper dark!! YAY, i couldnt be more thrilled!<br><br>
This is my third baby, so can I expect a swollen belly sooner rather than later??

Wow! Amazing timing. Welcome!<br><br>
My belly's changing fast too. I'm also crampier this time. And lots of stretchy sensations too. Dh and I think that makes sense with all that must be quickly rearranging in my belly. Are others with rapidly changing bellies having more cramping and stretching along with it?

I always bump out quick, but I had twins as my 2nd pregnancy and measured 49 cm the day I had them so my tummy just enjoys looking pregnant, despite my best efforts ;-) It sucks because I would really like to keep this quiet for a while but there's no chance of it, my belly is so obvious. We actually went ahead and told our daughter's because one of the twins said "I think mommy is having another baby because her belly is so big." We were like, well guess that's our cue. No chance hiding it from them.<br><br>
I usually have a lot of tinges and crampy stretching early on.

Congrats! I know what you all mean. I'm on #4, just got a bfp today, and my skirt waistband is already snug. Blah.

I'm also having more little cramps and stretchy twinges, especially when I get up from the couch too fast. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/eyesroll.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="roll"><br><br>
DH asked me earlier, "Are you still pregnant?" I gave him a bewildered look and said, "As far as I know...." and he said, "Because there's, like, 8 pregnancy tests all over the place. Do you need me to get you some more? I can put it on the credit card."<br><br>
That's the kind of sarcasm I live with. Although, I have to admit, I dish it out pretty frequently, too. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink">

I take my temp every morning. It's the only way I won't go out and buy 30 tests. It's free and keeps the husband off my back, but let's me be neurotic at the same time ;-)

I'm showing this thread to my husband as proof that my taking four tests (so far) is entirely reasonable and not at all outside the norm! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

So funny about the growing bellies... when I was 6 weeks pregnant with #2, a coworker asked me if my cravings were different with the new pregnancy.... I was 6 weeks and I was obviously showing enough for him to ask me about my cravings! Then he asked when I was due, and I told him... he thought about it for a minute or two and said "Wow, you're not very far are you?" SO not the thing to say to me then. I'm 5w2d (approximate, lol), and so far I don't seem like I'm any bigger or bloated. I'm sure the bloating will kick in soon.

I've already started to have that sharp ligament stretching pain off and on.<br><br><div style="margin:20px;margin-top:5px;">

That's just hilarious! I love sarcasm. He's my kind of guy. I took 5 tests on Monday and I've taken one each day since. DH just rolls his eye. I think he figures it's better to play along than to question it.

Hi CatholicBFMama!<br>
How do I get a neat siggy like that? Paid membership? I tried and can only use plain text, but neat to see another Trekkie here. I'm on Baby #3 too, and am bursting with excitement now, after testing again and seeing a darker line instead of a fainter one.
