I think that if I'd started with Motherease OS + snap ins (with some hemp doublers) and Airflows I never would have discovered the "Boards" and/or tried anything else.

Do you have a diaper (or system) that would have done this for you?

yeah, sort of, but not necsessarily the "perfect system"...I'm not quite sure what I'm trying to explore...my dd is starting to PT and I've just been thinking about my journey through various cd systems.

I started with a pretty bad system and it led me to try all sorts of different diapers. I've had tons of fun with my fluff and with meeting all the diapering mama's out there. My imperfect system caused me to start a really fun hobby that I never would have discovered otherwise.

I would certainly not consider MEOS diapers to be the best product out there (although I might argue that on AF's, lol) but they've been nicely functional throughout my diapering days and if I'd started with them I just wouldn't have felt the need to try anything else.

Prefolds, snappi's and wool.

I had to go to fitteds and wool cause I could never get the pins right and my Madeline was a heavy duty pee'er at night. But if I had the snappi's first and a couple of crats I would have been good to go.

I think what she's saying is that if you started with the perfect system (whatever that is for you) then you would have never sought out any other system and therefore would not have found the boards. So basically...what is the perfect diapering system for you? I think.

Oh, and for me it'd have to be wool and fitteds.

Well I started with fitteds and PUL covers and then found wool and fell head over heels in love.
