I am bummed that the Beco is no longer (entirely) made in USA. Aesthetics aside (I like the less bulk/closer to mom aspect of it) that was a real selling point for me (over the ergo). I know there is fair trade etc etc etc but I don't like to see american jobs go over seas.

Just wondering if there is one made in USA??

You might try the Nana's Jetpak; I'm pretty sure they're assembled in the US.

Keep in mind though that almost nothing you buy is 100% US-made. Most fabrics, thread, notions, etc. are produced overseas, even for carriers that are assembled here. And I've also learned that a lot of US clothing makers cut the products out, ship them in trucks to Mexico for assembly, ship them back and slap a "Made in the USA" label on them and that that's totally legal. Who knew??!!
