I'm sure more experianced Mamas will come in soon to help, but I had the same problem w/ my left breast just the other night. I have some of those "breast therapy warm or cool packs" and I micro'd one for 15seconds like it says to do,& put it on my breast inside my bra, then later when it cooled,I took a warm shower and let the water run over it for as long as I could. Then took a wet warm washcloth and covered it after the shower while I nursed my son. The pain was gone, & it helped a lot. Good luck!
