We have been TTC since June of 2009. I became pregnant in January 2010..and was due in October. I had spotting at 5 weeks, at 6 weeks, and then the m/c at 9 weeks.

I just found I'm pregnant yesterday. So I'm 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant. My DH saw two rainbows on his way home from work that seemed to be a good omen to us. I was feeling really positive about everything.

Until today. I made a BM (sorry tmi!) and when I wiped, I noticed that the TP was a bit mucousy. It also had a tiny tiny speck of pink. I don't know if it's from the BM or from my vagina.... I did end up doing a cervix check myself and when I wiped my fingers on the tp..there wasn't any pink or red or anything..just slightly mucousy.

Not to mention that this morning when I took my temperature (I had been temping) my temp seemed to be a bit lower than I think it "should".

Last time, I had some mucousy discharge as well....so with the low temp, slightly crampy, mucousy discharge, and tiny speck of pink....I am really freaking out.

I don't want to get any medical interventions at this time. I had an ultrasound last time and they said everything was fine. Then 2 weeks later, I had another one and the baby had died (about the time of the first US).

I also had blood testing done..and the blood testing showed something may or may not be off. So none of that testing helped the outcome..or made me feel any better. Even if I had a US with this baby....I wouldn't believe it...even if they said everything looked good. It lied before..so why wouldn't it lie to me again?

I am just so scared. I don't know how to relax. I feel like I should stop temping and just ignore everything and just try to stay positive, but it's so hard when I have begun to inspect every single time I use the bathroom.

Sigh....I guess I just needed to write this all out.

I am just praying that our baby stays with us and is in our arms come January. These past few months have been the hardest of my life.

I am so sorry that any of us in this forum have to be here.

The symptoms you are having could be perfectly normal. It is normal to feel crampy in early pregnancy. It is normal to feel as if AF could come at any minute. It is even normal to have a little discharge. Your little one could just be settling in to stay a long while.

I know it is so hard and every little symptom seems like a bad sign.

A prayer has been said for you and your little one! Sending you sticky vibes also!!!!

Every time I have a BM that requires any effort by me, I spot. Like SPOTS, not just a little pink in the mucus. This early on the cervix is really engorged with blood so sex or straining, etc. can break capillaries and make you spot. Having said that, I know how horrifying it is EACH AND EVERY TIME you spot, no matter how major or minor. I've spotted several times with this pregnancy already, and I'm just 8 weeks today. I lost my babe in June of '09 and have been TTC since...so I'm right there with you.
