So I have noticed that 36 hours post trigger (day of insem) I no longer feel CM externally, though every doc has commented on seeing it on my cervix. I guess I am thinking this is ok and means at 36 hours post trigger, I am still very fertile? ( I know, I know...its totally obessive, but one becomes this way after a while!) Any ideas?

No extensive ideas, but I would echo a big YES!
I rarely have ewcm that I can actually see on tp but at iuis, they usually say there's fertile fluid up there. Up there is just where you want it at that point

If you're doing IUIs, it really doesn't matter what your CM is doing.

It does in the sense that if CM indicates good timing for fertility, I want it around when I'm doing an IUI!!!!

Yes, that's true - but it can be a big IF!

CM isn't a reliable enough predictor of fertility for IUI, since the window of opportunity is so short for IUI.

If you're doing trigger shots, that's way more reliable than any signs from your CM. And if you're doing Clomid, you might have to forget the CM, because it can get all messed up.

I've heard 36 hour post trigger is the perfect timing for IUIs, so you've timed it well. Good luck!

Natural mom ~ My re comments on my cm during my retrivals and transfers for ivf. They must think of it as some type of indicator of fertility or a sign of normal/healthy cervix and uterus environment. Or maybe it's just conversation since what else can you talk about when he is doing his thing. Werid?
