I got a great reply to my thread about finding a nanny, so now I am going to advertise at the local nursing college. (Thanks, mama!
) Now I am trying to write the ad, and it's pretty wordy. I think maybe I'm trying to get every detail of EXACTLY what I want on paper, but that's not going to happen.
So, what are the qualities YOU would look for in a nanny? I'm going for something along the lines of this:
Do you love children? Do you have a lot of patience, creativity, good coping skills, and good humor?
So, what else? I haven't ever written an ad like this, so I'm drawing a blank on what to say beyond a laundry list of AP/NFL pracitices.
