Besides the pelvic pain, I am having acid reflux like crazy. I also feel really huge and heavy. I'm hot all the time too.
It also scares the hell out of me that all this is going to get worse before it gets better.
What are you suffering with now?

I am having the hearburn/acid reflux--

I am also having some crazy swelling in my legs/feet and in the hands..and maybe some in my face too. Ick. It is better when I am not at work sitting at a desk all day...and I have noticed it goes nuts when it is 90 degrees outside like yesterday~

I never had this with my other two..so this is very new..and very annoying.

I just feel REALLY heavy too...

Feet started swelling this week.

My hoohah is so swollen from all the extra weight.

I'm feeling huge, heavy, and achy! Everytime I walk around I feel like I'm waddling a bit more, and my bones just don't seem to fit together right. I'm also feeling that if I feel this big at 29 weeks, how am I ever going to feel at 42????

In some ways, I feel better now, at 30 weeks, than I did in my 2nd trimester. I'm able to relax and trust my body a little more, for some reason. That said, my digestion is getting really sensitive--if I eat anything at all rich, I feel queasy or wake up in the night with a stomache. It's getting a little harder to move around, and I'm walking much more slowly! I get out of breath pretty easily. Oh, and emotional rollercoaster is in full swing. Poor DH!

Ditto on the heartburn. I tend to be on the floor a lot because of DS, and am having a hard time getting back up. Moody, blah. Baby keeps kicking me in the bladder, which feels really yucky. Even without the kicks I'm peeing 87 times a day (feels like it anyway).

I'd planned on lots of kids, but right now I think 2 sounds about right.

Besides most of the physical symptoms mentioned above - I've all of a sudden got a crazy nesting instinct. Things can't be too clean/organized. I NEEED to feather my nest with baby things right now - even if it's buying stupid stuff like diaper cream?!? Anyone else???

Cravings for sweets and sex, total boredom during the day, and the nesting instinct. For some reason I want to have sex. How wierd is that! DH was so surprised!

Oh god, me too! I noticed it a couple of weeks ago and was like, WTF is going on down there!

I also have been getting heartburn - for the first time in my life.

Other symptoms include growing a big round belly, gianormous boobs, and rapid weight gain (totally NOT related to the crazy abouts of Breyers Mint Choc. Chip icecream I have been eating).

I also TIVOed the season finale of Lost and finally watched it on Saturday. Holy crap, giant, huge, loud sobbing fit that lasted probably about 10 minutes. Snot everywhere. Totally freaked the dog out. I also get tery whenever people do something extra nice or go out of their way for me. At first my husband was concerned about all of the crying, but now he just looks at me and shakes his head saying "you are so pregnant".

The good: Nicely rounding belly, baby who thumps my belly so that I can see him or her move, cravings for watermelon

The bad: Waking up once a night between 2 and 4 with a desperate need to pee, some periodic low back pain, constant cravings for soft serve ice cream with cotton candy dip (and the ice cream place is less than two blocks from my house).

The ugly: feet that swell up so that at the end of the day they look like sausages (and now a kind of sickening craving for sausage), my wedding band has been on my necklace for over a month and is not going back on my finger anytime soon.

Yep, that's me. I have started to buy bigger sizes because I just can't stop buying baby stuff!
I am driving my hubby crazy with the cleaning. When I was in my first trimester, I didn't care if laundry was falling out of the laundry room and I didn't care if you could even see the floor in our house. But now, I get so pissed and emotional if there is even a crumb on the floor. Oh, and don't let there be a glass in the sink! I have really got to stop this. My husband and kids are going to gang up and kick me out.:

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh that sounds amazing. Unfortunately I crave things that make me totally sick afterwards. Like ice cream!:

This isn't a new symptom, but I'm wondering if anyone has this... I have only shaved my legs maybe twice since I got pregnant because my hair (below the knees) quit growing.
Now that's something I like
