
I'm looking for meal ideas and was wondering what everyone is having this week.

Here's what I've got loosely scheduled for us :
(breakfast is the same most mornings, so I just have lunches and dinner planned)
Dinners for this week :
Pasta w/ homemade tomato sauce and cut up chicken, topped w/ mozzarella (w/ steamed vegetables and homemade bread)
Homemade Pizza (w/ steamed veggies)
Marinated Chicken (w/ baked potatoes and homemade mac and cheese)
Quesadillas (w/ veggie fried rice)
Parmesan Chicken (w/ steamed veggies and bread)
Lunches (these are only loosely planned, so I just have several things on hand I can make and decide what to make on that day) :
Rice A Roni (DS loves this)
Grilled Cheese (I use Sara Lee wheat bread - there is a certain kind that has 4 grams of fiver per slice

Homemade macaroni and cheese
Beef Enchilada Casserole (has beans and corn and lots of tasty stuff)
