Monday--Lasagna
Tuesday--Lamb/chickpea curry
Wednesday--Corn/cumin/chile burritoes with leftover black beans
Thursday--Leftover lasagna
Friday--Pork chops, mashed potatoes and broccoli
Saturday--Chili

Monday: Chili and cornbread.
Tuesday: Italian-style baked Macaroni and cheese, with green beans.
Warm chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean gelato.
Wednesday: Braised beef and root vegetables w/turnip greens, served over potato gnocchi.
Thursday: Braised chicken verde, made into tacos. Guacamole, etc.
Friday: Grocery shopping night, will probably grab some dinner at Panera.

O.K. week is half over but
Monday- we had ham, salt taters, carrotts
Tues- breakfast for dinner, left over ham
Weds- spaghetti, salad, rolls (made a chicken for tomorrow)
Thurs- chicken rice, green beans, left over salad
Friday- chicken soup, sandwiches
Sat- out to eat?
Sunday- meatloaf

Changed it up - made Penne (I like the Barilla Plus) w/ Meat sauce (snuck in veggies) last night and we're having friends over for pizza and salad tonight

Fri--hamburgers, roasted sweet potatoes
Sat--stuffed poblanos with walnut cream sauce, beans, salad
Sun--tacos
Mon--stuffed manicotti, salad
Tues--bbq tempeh, wild rice, spinach

I tend to decided what Im making on the day I am making it, so now that it's T'day, I can say what I've decided for tonight, and what we've eaten during the week.

Thurs- Roast chicken, roasted butternut squash & cabbage
Wed- Kimchee stew with tofu & noodles
Tues- B'day supper party/ pizza & Seweed salad (from Korean market)
Mon- Pad Thai noodles with shrimp, carrots, bok choy etc
Sun- Bean burritos & rice with avocadoes and roasted red pepper

tonight (Thurs.) - southwestern chicken, baked potatoes w/ salsa
Friday - spinach lasagna, green salad, rolls
Saturday - omelets w/ fresh mushrooms, bell pepper, & tomato, toast
Sunday - vegetable soup & cornbread

Fresh fruit for dessert all four nights -- we've got apples, plums, and clementines we need to be finishing off.

That's as far as I've gotten, because I'll need to go to the grocery store sometime this weekend.

Monday: Caribbean Black Bean Soup
Tuesday: Coconut Chicken, Fresh Pineapple, Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday: Chinese Chicken Salad
Thursday: Tilapia w Tomato/Caper/Olive Relish, Avocado & Jicama Salad
Friday: Gnocchi w/ Mushroom Sugo and Salad
Saturday: Eggplant Parmesan & Salad
Sunday: Taco Salad

Tonight: homemade pizza
Tuesday: DH is taking me out for a celebratory dinner
Wednesday: thai peanut curry (w/ chicken and lots of veggies) and brown rice
Thursday: left over thai curry
Friday: pork roast with potatoes and salad
Saturday: bbq pork roast sandwiches w/ fries
Sunday: veggie stir fry w/ tofu

Sat- Roasted chicken with vegetables and garlic bread (made big batch of tomato sauce
Sun- Homemade pizza (made 2 lasagnas, made double dough and froze 1)
Mon- Lasagna
Tues- Lamb soup (use up lots of leftovers in it)
Wed- Turkey sausages roasted with veggies and mashed potatoes
Thurs- Quiche (use leftover turkey and veggies)
Fri- Chili (previously made and frozen)

This is my first time actually following a menu plan. Here it is:

Monday: Lasagna and salad
Tuesday: Beef Burgundy
Weds: Beef and veggie stir fri, side of terriyaki noodles or fried rice
Thursday: Cold pasta and salad
Friday: Chicken patty sandwiches and potato salad

I'll probably head to the grocery store Saturday morning sometime.

chard with preserved lemon
Shabbat sesame and caraway bread

fava bean salad
figs in orange juice
cucumber and lemon salad
bread (leftovers)

Dodie's bean soup with preserved lemons
Sephardic pancakes

to add to one or two of the dinners...

All of the recipes but one (the kugel is from Vegan with a Vengeance) are from The Scent of Orange Blossoms: Sephardic Cuisine from Morocco.

Lunch: chili dogs
Dinner: tacos & Mexican rice

Going grocery shopping again Sunday, so I'll update again after that.

Wed: Veggie Ital Sausages w/ roasted cauliflower & asparagus in garlic oil

Thur: General tsao tofu, broccoli & brown rice

Fri: southwest black beans & veggies over ww couscous

tues lunch: chicken salad sandwiches on sprouted bread, salad, pickle, figs and dark chocolate
tues dinner: beef tips, mashed potatoes, kale

wed lunch: bunless burgers, cole slaw, fruit
wed dinner: smoked turkey puffs, swiss chard, asparagus

thurs lunch: steak salad w/lots of veggies, fruit
thurs dinner: turkey mole, frozen roasted root veggies, kale or salad

fri lunch: bunless nitrate-free hot dogs, potato salad made w/tahini dressing, fruit salad
fri dinner: leftover turkey mole, spinach and yellow squash w/pine nuts

This is my list for the week. I usually plan starting on Sat.
Breakfasts are mainly granola with soy milk, oatmeal, or omelets w/leftover meats, veggies, and veggie cheese.
Lunches are leftover meat and veggies wrapped in whole wheat pitas and salads
Snacks are fruits, nuts and yogurt
Dinners:
Saturday: Crock-pot chicken, brown rice and salad
Sunday: Ground turkey Tacos w/ black beans, avacado, lettuce and tomato
Monday: Baked Pork chops w/mushroom "gravy", noodles and broccoli
Tuesday: Crock-pot BBQ chicken on whole wheat, baby carrots, applesauce
Wednesday: Venison burger w/ rice, zucchini and tomato casserole
Thursday: Stuffed cabbage , whole wheat rolls and applesauce
Friday: out to eat... I'm thinking Chinese
