Monday: Chili and cornbread.
Tuesday: Italian-style baked Macaroni and cheese, with green beans.
Warm chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean gelato.
Wednesday: Braised beef and root vegetables w/turnip greens, served over potato gnocchi.
Thursday: Braised chicken verde, made into tacos. Guacamole, etc.
Friday: Grocery shopping night, will probably grab some dinner at Panera.
