<p>How long do you soak beans for, the best possible benefit ?</p>
<p>In what temperature water, hot, cold, does it matter?</p>

<p>How long do you soak beans when you want to sprout them?</p>
<p>Can you eat these sprouts?</p>
<p>What are the health benefits?</p>

<p>I read somewhere, that if you do it incorrectly it could get you sick, is that true? (eating home made sprouts)</p>
