So I signed up for the sock swap over at knittyboard. I emailed back and forth a couple times with my partner early last month, but haven't heard from her since. I accidentally deleted the email with her foot size, and don't know how long to make the sock, so I emailed her last week, then again today. Haven't heard back. How long should I wait before assuming she isn't participating any more?

Is there a moderator for the swap you could contact? (And I'm sorry if that's obnoxiously obvious...it's just the first thing I would do, yk?)

If it's on a board, I'd PM her as well as emailing: and I'd also contact the swop organiser to tell her that you think you've been flaked on.

I just wasn't sure if I was overreacting, or not waiting long enough. I don't wanna "tattle" if I'm just being impatient.

I don't think you're being impatient. You don't want to gyp your partner out of getting socks if she is participating (and you don't want to spend all that time knitting the wrong size!) and you don't want to get left out in the cold if she's decided to bail. I think you're being reasonable.
