I have a spoon and I'm not afraid to use it! I thought I was getting less hungry all the time, then today it hit me hard. I ate my lunch so fast it hurt. Then, an hour after lunch I ate about a 1/3 of the jar of peanut butter. Gee whiz!

It is good protein. I ate a lot of it while pg with #1. I was working and that was the easiest thing to take with me to my job.

One caveat: #1 is mildly allergic to peanuts because of the SHEER amount of PB sandwiches that I ate. It was probably more than most people eat, plus food/contact allergies run in my husband's family. She just gets eczema. Our other 2 don't have that allergy but I did not eat PB on the massive level that I did with #1.
