I love these boots...but really need some cash! I just got them in Dec. and have only worn them 4-5 times. There are some water marks on the side and a few other marks from wearing them...but they are in great shape overall and are SOOO CUTE!
It kind of depends on how you want to wear them I guess. I wear a size 9 - 9..5 and they were great with socks on. Some people wear them barefoot and get a smaller size.
