I just got a bfp. It is very faint, but even my husband saw it. I feel like I am going to start af any second. And my chart as far as I can tell doesn't look like a pregnancy chart. WHat the heck! http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2a0d37

Well, if FF has your o date correct, you'd only be 9 DPO, so it would make sense that your BFP would be faint at this point. And many women experience cramping, pulling, and stretching sensations that feel like AF is on the way during early pregnancy, as well as bloating, sore breasts, and other similar symptoms.

In your shoes, I'd just kind of wait and see, but I'd be optimistic with a BFP and no bleeding or other chemical pregnancy signs. And your chart looks fine to me. Charts aren't always textbook perfect or triphasic when you're pregnant.

a *pregnancy chart* only looks like a chart that ends with a +

thats it.

it could look like ANYTHING to be honest. the only difference is it ends with a BFP

Well, what is extremely perplexing to me is that I didn't dtd anytime close to where I should have according to fertility friend. I am talking day 10 and day 17. FF has me ovulating on day 16.

you can get pg from day-after-o sex. the rates arent that high, but they DO happen.

especially if you say O'd really late on cd16. The mid cycle spotting is a good sign too (implantation maybe?) 9dpo is rare to get a BFP so I would not be surprised at its faintness for sure! But given the 6dpo implantation spotting I'd say definately possible to get a BFP!
Congrats!

remember too that your crosshairs are dotted. i think it's perfectly possible that you could have O'd CD17 - or CD12!

with DD i felt like i was going to get my period for days after my BFP, and she's fine. in case that puts your mind at ease!
