Today I feel like I've done one too many crunches--of course, I've done zero.
It's just a sore feeling, not painful. Should I call my OB tomorrow, or just wait and see if it goes away?

I have that same feeling. I haven't gained a pound yet but my pants size has gone up twice already. I think this must be pretty normal, as your muscles get used to carrying around more in the front, and I've found that gentle back-bend type stretches help a lot. So does swimming/stretching in the water.
