I'm not really familiar with this symptom. My belly feels sore, like I did too many crunches the day before. I obviously haven't done any crunches.
Is it possible that my belly muscles are strained to the point of being sore just from me getting myself out of bed??? Or could there be another reason for having a sore belly?
I'm just wondering....

I don't know, but my belly also aches. Especially along the top, as if I pulled a muscle or something. I haven't felt it either, in any other pregnancy. I've just generally been thinking it was just having lifted my 2 yo DD too often into her carseat. It could just be a general soreness from having an almost-baked baby in there!!

Sometimes if baby's got a particular body part he/she likes to push hard in one spot with it can become very sore. Also, ligaments being stretch too much can be really sore.
