With my first pregnancy, I got sore hips after DD was born that lasted for about 9 months. This time, its started already! It is the worst in the morning when I wake up. Anyone know any good cures? Or is it just hormones (again) and I have to wait them out?

My hips hurt so bad I can't sleep on my side (has been this way for months). It feels like someone is taking a drill to them. So I spend every night in a recliner (helloooo posterior baby)
.

No solutions for you ... just sympathy.

i couldnt live without chiropractic. i highly recommend it during pregnancy. my only major problem this pregnancy is a sore hip but the chiro makes it liveable. i have to flip everytime i wake up at night or i get too sore. but that is a more recent thing. i also wear a chiro support belt when i am at home or not too embarassed to wear it out or too damn sore to care. really i am supposed to wear it all the time! fish oil can also help with joint inflammation.
