Hi. I've been dealing with this virus or what-ever it is for about 4 weeks. It started with the sore throat and went into a bad cold that really wiped me out for about a week. that left me with a cough that bothers me mostly at night and in the mornings upon waking with phlegm coming up. The phlegm is better and the cough a bit better, but the sore throat just wont let up!!!
I was tested for strep two weeks ago and that was negative.
any ideas???

Try Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE). It really works incredibly well for me. Tastes nasty beyond belief, though.

Gargle w/it and then swallow.
