Hi All,

Im on my second week of phase I. So far I have lost 4lbs (should I have lost more?)

I'm kind of confused as to which foods I can eat in phase I, so let me tell you what I have completely avoided:
rice, cereal, oatmeal, pasta, fruit,bread, bagels, sugary yummies
, baked goods, candy (even gum), any type of bbq sauces or teryaki sauces, chips and the such.

Here is what Im confused on:
I read that you can have light (or fat free) cream/milk with coffee, is this right? Also, I use 2 splenda with coffee (is this ok?).
how about yogurt? Ive avoided to date.
hmmm, any help with exactly what to avoid would be great, also, what can I have lol?
