south beach diet online

I haven't used the online service, but I was very, very successful with South Beacha while ago (before my last pregnancy, in which I then gained all the weight back after several months of strict bedrest, LOL!) I found this <a href="http://www.southbeach-diet-plan.com/" target="_blank">website</a> incredibly helpful!
I've started the diet and it seems to be working. I've was 142.5 lbs on Tuesday and now I'm down to 137.5!<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I don't feel hungry at all! I think I can do this. Has anyone else had success with this diet and kept the weight off?
