is this safe? I am intrigued with this diet because you are supposed to lose it from your belly first and that is my trouble spot but I want to make sure it is ok while i am nursing. My dd is 2 days shy of 17 months old and still nurses about 5-6 times a day and twice at night

From what I understand, phase 2 is fine but don't do the intro time. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
