Has anyone used the Explore and Learn books that at sold by Southwestern At Home dealers? I caved in to a salesperson today who came to my house. but I have three days to cancel my order. Although the books looked pretty good, I have not been able to find reviews for them anywhere!
If I just knew that someone used and loved them, I will consider not cancelling. ....

Bumping, because some guy came to my door about this today. I told him I'd have to talk to DH first though, so he's going to come back. (I'm such a pushover. )

I bought the books 4 years ago and we love them. We actually started out with the Student Handbook and then when he came to drop off the books at the end of the summer, he had the other books on discount so we bought the Explore and Learn as well as the Ask Me Why series.

The Ask Me Why series is geared towards Pre-K to probably 3rd grade area? and the Explore and Learn is probably up to maybe 5th grade. They are simply written for them to understand. There are projects that are easy to do, stories intertwined, really colourful illustrations.

My boys have used the books for various reasons, but mostly just to read through them. My youngest loves the Ask Me Why series especially about dinosaurs.
