I get horrible gas and bloating when I drink soy milk or eat tofu.<br>
Does this mean I'm intolerant to it, or will my body adjust if I keep ingesting small amounts over time and work my way up?<br>
I am trying to go off dairy so the thought of not tolerating soy is depressing! I hate the taste of rice milk.
