Soy Isoflavones?

683 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Manessa
I posted this in another section and didn't get much response, so thought I'd try here.
Is anyone using it ttc? After reading about it in other threads on MDC, I decided to try Soy Isoflavones this cycle. I tend to have long cycles with late ovulation. I would really like to speed things up. I'm on CD3. Most people I've read say they take 80-150 mg from cd 3-7.

So, if you've used soy isoflavones, do you think they worked? What dose did you take? I'm trying to decide whether to start Clomid tomorrow or not. Any input would be great! Thanks

I meant to post in infertility, but accidently cross posted here, and decided not to post for a 3rd time. I spent all day yesterday reading the posts on soul cysters, and decided to try this month. I'm on my third night, so just one day behind you. I guess we'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
