I got a WholeSoy soy yogurt drink at Whole Foods last night. I was shopping with the baby after a loooong day at work and feeling very depleted, so I was vulnerable to buying new food. I drank the yogurt just now at work. It tastes way too good to be good for me...aha, it's not. I mean, it does have a lot of nice calcium and protein in it, but...the amount in the bottle is 1.5 servings. So it's actually a lot more calories than I thought.


Oh well. I still recommend it to anyone pregnant or nursing; it's vegan and very yummy. Tastes almost like kefir. There is a kefir company that makes soy kefir, but it doesn't have active cultures and this does.
