Does anyone know anything about the pediatric dentists in this area? I made an appointment with one in Melbourne for my boy, and I am hoping he's knowledgeable about BF. Thanks!
I have not found a good one over here. We live in Melbourne but spcifically travel to Dr. Troy King in Oviedo. He is a VERY family friendly peds dentist. He has 5 kids of his own. Parents are expected to go back with their children which is NOT the norm here in C. FL.
I have not found a ped dentist here in Melbourne. I have had the experience of all 4 I've seen tell me to limit or stop nursing as I was "ruining" the child's teeth.
I have not personaly seen her. But, I hear Dr. Claire Stag-.Ruta? in Indian Harbor Beach is mercury free and pro breast, as she sees that it helps jaw and muscular development.
I'd like to try the Oveido Dentist mentioned in the previour post.
Thanks.

in lake washington...dr. sam kretschmar is great. dont know how he feels about ebf, but he welcomes parents into the exams, which is sooo not the norm around here. seems to me that if you dont tell about bf, they would have no reason to ask.
I take my kids to Dr. McKay in Melbourne. I first took my daughter there on an emergency visit, but wasn't charged the emergency fee because they had an actual appointment slot to see her in. I've found everyone in the office to be very nice and knowledgable. I was very impressed.
