I would really appreciate any help at all. I just found out we are expecting twins. Both are measuring at 6 weeks and 4 days with heart beats at 120 and 122. I have a 21 month old very attached and spirited toddler : . I am very concerned about making it through the pregnancy, dealing with bedrest if needed, how to prepare toddler and me, breast feeding, so just about anything and everything is worrying me right now.

I know you can all help me. I already love this place!
