Does anyone know if you still have the same symptoms as your period of you are pregnant? For example, my back usually hurts for about a week before my period. If I were pregnant, would my back NOT hurt? or wouldn't it make any difference? Same goes for other symptoms, acne, headache etc.

I know that I felt like AF was coming to visit, but just never showed up. And then I felt extrememly tired.
