I already sent this to those whose email addresses I have, but I wanted to post it for Angela, Anna, Suzy, simonee and anyone else I missed.<br><br>

And here's info from Jen on the bus to take from Rotterdam station: it looks like from Rotterdam CS you can take bus 38 (direction Schiedam CS) and it will take you even closer to the speeldernis. The bus stop you want is beukelsbrug. When you arrive, the speeldernis is across from the front entrance of the Mosque (you arrive on the backside). Go under the bridge (for the train) and the entrance is in front of the orange building there.<br><br>

It looks like an exciting place! I've never heard of it, but I love the pics. Unfortunately it's a bit too far away for me, I'm not much of a traveller with two small kids (yet?) by train. But I'm sure you will all have a good time!

I won't be joining you this time either, as my energylevels are very low (only five more weeks to go...) and DD is in the midst of her terrible two's right now (although not every day is that terrible <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> )<br>
Too bad, Rotterdam is my favourite city, I lived there for ten years, and know the location (you can actually see the mosque from the train, coming from Amsterdam) but in my Rotterdam days I never did explore childrens playgrounds and stuff, so I've never been at the actual site.<br>
So have fun you guys, hope to make it to the next meet up!<br><br>

You catch the 38 in front of the Engels restaurant at the rotterdam CS. It's true you can see the mosque and the orange building in front of the speeldernis from the train. You can also see the new play structure at the zoo too, and a little boy I know who lives in Utrecht went down both those big slides!<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/broc1.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Broccoli">:
