I've heard a little bit about this, but what exactly does it do? Especially if taken towards the end of pregnancy? I have a friend who drank some right when she went into labor, but she threw it up anyway...I don't think it ended up helping. Anyway, what are the benefits and where is the best place to get it?

Thanks.

Here are a couple of links about rasp. leaf. It should answer all questions and more

This one is straight forward and short

http://konzababy.tripod.com/RRL.htm

You can get it at any health food store. I would recommend loose leaf, do you have any herb stores? If you can't find it loose then Traditional Medicine makes a tea call Pregnancy tea. It's main ingredient is rasp. leaf. I have found that pre-packed teas bags aren't as strong or as fresh as loose so you may want to drink more of it.
