spitting up w/teething, is this normal?

DS has started spitting up after every feeding now. He's not acting like hes in pain, in fact he giggles, then the spit up runs out his mouth. So i don't think its reflux. He is trying to get his first tooth to cut, so i'm thinking that might be it, anyone else see this?

My baby just cut her first tooth a week ago and yesterday she spit up after feeding in the morning. Not just a burp with some milk, like 2 or 3 times within a half hour she spit up. I actually thought it was probably the teething and am not worried. She other wise stopped spitting up several months ago.
