Sportwash- How much do I use?

I picked up some sportwash this week and am going to wash diapers tonight. How much do I use for a load of diapers? Any other tips? Thanks!

I think a capful is one ounce. That's what I use, and I'm pretty sure that's what's recommended on the bottle.

I use a little less than a cap full due to a softener

1/2 a cap fpr me in a full load of cotton prefolds and hemp stuffers.
