Depends on the day how I'm feeling about the kids.. my oldest will be 4 1/2 when the baby is born and my youngest will be 2 1/2. ( it's their birhtdays next week)<br><br>
Yes this will be my first homebirth. the birht of my boys weren't awful but my second one was much better. I really didn't feel respected or listened to with my first ( had an AROM with out consent, and they wouldn't let me push or evensee what was happening after i argued with them for awhile, I had to be in the shower)<br>
With my seond they were much more respectful of me and i let the put the iv port for a JIC and somehow ended up with Saline drip... not sure when they stuck that in i think it must have been right around transition/ starting to push.<br>
I'm looking forward to not being told how to push this time.<br><br>
My pelvic pain is much worse my heartburn started way sooner and I'm sicker with this pregnancy. I don't know i feel different.. Not sure how to fully explain it.<br><br>
The names have only half changed.. i still love Cadence but Dh and I have decided maybe Cael for a boy.. but who knows I have 20 more weeks still

LOL I knew everything about being a parent ... and then I became a parent..<br>
I was one of thoes who believed you had to let your baby cry and self sooth to go to sleep. i think that lasted one night for about 5 minutes.. ( i didn't try till he was like 6 months). I started solids early casue I thought his eating fequency made it nesscary, I supplemented with formual casue I was told it would help him sleep... and then after awhile i jsut threw everyting i "knew" out the window and started fresh. He survived my first time mommy mistakes. So in a nut shell in alot of ways I really have seen how things have changed for me over the years. I never saw myself where i am now I thought i would never cloth diaper. I never thought of extended breastfeeding ( ds2 will be two next week and still nurses a bit) The idea of midwives doulas and homebirth was for crazy people I thought. And look at me now. I really am in a different place.<br><br>
Being young has had it easier part and hard parts.. it definaltey challenging when NONE of your friends have kids are evening thinking about kids let alone thinking marriage and all that stuff. It was challenging to have to explain that no i can't go out I don't have a sitter, no i'm not just going to bring the baby to the party.<br>
But in some ways it's easy casue I don't feel that far away, and I can really look to the future and see the benefits of having kids young. And i'm a bit more spry to chase them down

Sick, and in pain. But i figure it's for a short time.<br><br>
One thing i'm really finding differnt is the movements.. my boys were major movers I felt them kicking up a storm at 14 weeks with little movements sooner. This one I get spurts of movement but really not a whole lot. that is the biggest differnce.<br><br>
I have definately been sicker with this pregnancy. Pelvic seperation heartburn that i thought was gone but came back last week with a vengance.<br>
I really couldn't eat much and what I wanted was always junk. But things are getting better I still have sick moments where i can't eat something. but it'll work out i figure

siblings...lol I have 1 half sister and two half brothers. One step sister, and then 4 foster siblings.<br><br>
When I was little I wanted to be a teacher, or a vet.<br><br>
I do believe is spirits and what is referred to as ghosts is just how some people are able to view what others can't see ( the spirits in a more viewable form)

I like to crochet. I finished the babies blanket and I want to learn to knit. "me" is usually Having a bath at the end of the night or just going grocerey shooping without the kids.<br><br>
I also really enjoy baking. I was doing it a lot a few months ago but started getting really unmotivated with this pregnancy. Working on getting back into it.<br><br>
I'm just reading mostly birth books right now... I think I'm reading three right now.. Ina may's guide to child birth Thinking womens guide to childbirth, and natural birth the bradely way..<br><br>
Last book i really liked was one of jodi picoults books.... but the name is escaping me right now.<br><br>
HMMM movies..... I can't remember what one i even watched last.

We usually do celebrate but not this year. we will be away during halloween so if me and the boys end up at any events.. it'll be a costume redo... likley little one will be a monkey and older one will be the cowboy with the horse

What do you know about your own birth? (I am always so curious to hear birth stories from the previous generation, or even the one before that, and compare them to modern ones. If anyone is curious I'll tell you about the ones I have heard so far from my mom (1980s) my aunt (1970s) my mother's cousin's wife (1980s and 90s) and my grandma (1940s). They told me their stories when I informed them I was going to have a homebirth last time.)

but really the main thing i do a lot that there is no need for is look at baby gilr clothes. well at least so far... having two boys and all

nothing much really My mom just complained about it being longer.. i was the first. She said her birth got progressivley worse. I was apparently two weeks late but had under developed lungs. I really don't know much and don't put much stock in it. my mother lives in her own personal reality. so i wouldn't really know what was true or not

Hmmmm... and ideal day. I'd like to slepp in with out being screamed at by my children...( 1 2 3 wake up mommy ) Be able to go out with the family doing some event thats fun for everyone. Go out for dinner or have someone cook for the family. Have a nice night with my hubby... have a bath. really nothing to exciting..<br><br>
I have things i would like to do but no real date set on anything. I'm pretty easy going for the most part.<br><br>
I'd like to go to ireland one day and fuiji.....
