Baby's Gender (hopes or guesses): A girl!!!!<br><br>
Names you like: Her full name is already picked out--I chose her name years ago for when I would hopefully have a little girl. Its too funny that all of our kids will follow A, B, and then C. Her name will be Carisma<br><br>
Birth Plans/Preference: I would love to have a home birth, but DH is not on board with that, although I don't have a problem. A happy medium will be at a birthing center located within a hospital. I've been having problems finding a provider willing to do a VBA2C, but have finally found one who will work with me today.<br><br>
Strangest craving/aversion this pregnancy: Everything needs to be super salty. I have moments where I can't stand to eat certain things, still happens on occasion, and the aversions change.<br><br>
Hobbies/Interests: I've been doing a ton of sewing for my family--clothes for the boys and Amber, plenty of dresses for the new bean, and diapers galore. I love to cook--need to get on the ball some more to put up some meals for when she arrives. I am also trying to reteach myself to crochet again--last time I've done this was when I was 13/14.<br><br>
Occupation: Right now I am working as a cashier at Hobby Lobby<br>
How you met your SO: We met in 1996 when I filled out paperwork for a summer internship--he was a security guard at the time.<br><br>
How you ended up at MDC: A few of my irl friends are on here and recommended the site to me.<br><br>

I'm doing the same thing I did with the boys, mainly individual sized portions of whatever extra I've been cooking for dinner, so lots of chili, soups, stew, beans and rice, casseroles, etc. I've also put away some tv dinners of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc from Easter since I have some freezer tv trays which come in handy.<br><br>
Since its gonna be getting pretty warm soon, I'll be utilizing my crockpot for meals to eat now and put away later so I don't heat up the kitchen too much since I'm already overheating way too much as it is--can only imagine what it will be like come August!

What's Hobby Lobby? (Sounds like the sort of place where you might get sewing supplies - good for you, right?!)<br><br>
What kind of diapers are you sewing? Do you know of any that a complete novice like me might be able to make?<br><br>

Hobby Lobby is like a combination of Joanns/Michaels/Home Goods/Pier One. They have tons of home decor items, tons of crafts, scrapbooking, etc to cover basically just about any hobby. I do get some sewing supplies here. They have a small section of fabric, but a lot of it is much cuter than what I can find at Joanns.<br><br>
As far as diapers, I am sewing quite a variety. My dryer takes forever to dry stuff, so everything has to be quick dry. I have mainly sewn some quick dry fitteds and pocket fitteds. I will be sewing some AI2's and pul pockets soon, as well as some covers with gussets. Sewing diapers is very easy. I started in 2007 after a 18 year hiatus in sewing(7th grade home ec). I started with the free rita rump pocket pattern and progressed from there. Now I can sew any type of diaper and clothing for the kids now.<br><br>
My kids are happy about their new sibling. My 15 year old stepdaughter has a sister through her mom, but can't wait to meet her new sister, as she lives with us full time. Anthony rubs and kisses my belly every day and always says hi to her. I know he'll be really good with her since when we visited their great grandma on Mother's day, he held his 4 month old cousin and just had a look of pure joy on his face. Bryant is excited too I think. He always wants to hug and kiss my belly. My husband is excited too since its been over 15 years since he had a baby girl to kiss and hug. Myself, I was convincing myself this bean was a boy so in case it did turn out that way at the ultrasound, I wouldn't be overly disappointed. Needless to say, I was in shock in a happy way when I saw the goods. Now I'm going crazy getting all the girly stuff together since I didn't have that chance before. All the grandparents have indicated that she will be very spoiled!
