I have to confess that it's been hard to keep up with everything so I don't know what other questions are generally asked, but here you go...

Who are you planning to have in the birth room with you? Is there anyone that you really wish was there but isn't going to be able to make it?

How do you think your dp/dh will be when you are in labour?

What have you enjoyed most about your pregnancy?

What are you looking forward to most after baby is born? Is there anything you are worried about?

No. It will be the mw and her assistant, dh, and I hope dd. The only thing is I am worried about not having a backup caregiver for dd. My 18yo sister is living at home for the summer but will be leaving the week before I'm due. I wouldn't mind having her there, although I think she may not want to be present in the room with me. Oh, and there is the small matter that I haven't told any family members yet that I am having a homebirth. I was hoping to just mention it after.
Do you think sis will notice when we set up the large indoor "swimming pool" mid-August?

He has a lot of nervous energy usually, so I imagine him pacing a lot, wanting to stay busy, making me laugh. He doesn't do serious/focus well but he has a way of grounding me. I think he'll appreciate being given tasks to help with (filling birthing tub, getting extra towels, feeding me ice, stuff like that.)
What have you enjoyed most about your pregnancy?
I've enjoyed the peace of this pregnancy in contrast with my first. Dd was not planned and has another father so it was a very tumultuous time in my life. I broke off the relationship with him, got back together with my sweetheart dh and moved across the country. This time, I have had the luxury of just kicking back, keeping a pregnancy journal, and being very at ease. Oh, and I also like how a lot of the "big decisions" we worked out with dd...diapering (cloth) vaccinating (no) approach to child rearing (ap), so we can relax and follow our protocol.

I look forward to staying home a bit more. I've been working 9-5 this last year and I tire of it. I'll still work, but part time. That being said, I worry about money since dh and I are on a tight savings plan now as we are attempting to save up enough for a home downpayment, and a move back across the country again come May.

If you could eat any treat right now, what would you have?
A "blonde" bar from starbucks
Describe your perfect day.
I'd start with a vigorous yoga class because that always makes the rest of my day better
: Then, we would all go on a long boat ride with a picnic lunch and a bottle of wine/apple cider. We would stop at an island to eat and after, while exploring, we would happen upon a drum circle and we would dance our lunch off. Then, while dear children slept, me and dh would skinny dip in the ocean.
At dinner time we would check into a five star hotel, have a gourmet meal and fall asleep on trillion threadcount Egyptian sheets. Oh, and there would be goat cheese involved in every meal
Oh, this is a fantasy, right? We're still working on the boat thing, and the live by water thing, and the afford a five star hotel thing.

How have you prepped DD for the birth?
So far I have just peppered her with bits and pieces of information. She often looks over my shoulder while I'm reading birthing books and I show her the photos of mothers in the pushing stage. I've also been drinking my RRL tea daily and we have conversations about how it will make mommy's tummy strong the push the baby out. Then I make a face like I'm straining really hard, and I clench my fists and grunt a bit for her. She likes to imitate. I haven't decided if I will show her any videos, in part because I'm still unsure how comfortable I am with watching other people's birthing videos.

What would be the best gift anyone could give you right now?
Time. I resent the time I need to spend away from my family at work. Most days I get my work done very quickly, which leaves me lots of time to spend on mothering
but I would rather be with my family. Oh, that and a million dollars...see below.

if you could go on vacation anywhere, where would you go?
India. I studied eastern religions in college and I've been a yoga practitioner for years. I would love to see the shrines and temples and the holy sadhus living on the ganga river.

if you had $1 million what would you do with it???
First I'd hire someone to manage my money, make investments for me, and put me on an allowance so I wouldn't go broke like so manu foolish nouveau riche. Then, we would buy a yacht and live on the Meditteranean. I'd learn other languages, devote time to my writing, climb the tallest mountains in the world, take time for long pilgrimages to holy sites, and never drink $10 wine again!

What's your favorite time of the day?
Dusk, right before and after the sun has settled below the ocean. When I lived at the beach I had a favorite bluff to walk at dusk. I would chant the gayatri mantra (Hindu salute to the sun) on my mala beads and feel so enlivened and peaceful at the same time. I can really feel the magic of the earth changing over at that time.

What's the most fun thing to do with your DD?
Dance.
She loves to twirl twirl twirl. I call her my whirling dirvish. We both have to be wearing dresses to dance (which we usually are anyway) but if we aren't she holds out her tee-shirt and says "oh no mommy!" really concerned and pulls me into her room to pick out a dress.

Describe your birthing surroundings (well aside from the pool) candlelight? music?
I plan on some sort of drum music, maybe something with chanting but mostly instrumental. I think I'll make a playlist and put it on my ipod

If the time of day is right candlelight would be great. I also want some sort of a goddess statue or poster to be hung in the room, and my sisters will make a birthing necklace for me to wear. It will be hot hot hot here in August (115) so I will be naked for sure!
