Not an expert here by any means BUT I would say DON'T PANIC!!! Spotting can be caused by sex, yeast infections, even something akin to cervical hemmorhoids. I have been spotting on/off for 5 weeks now (I've been on bedrest too due to other major complications) but no one can tell my why I'm spotting. Since there aren't any ctx/cramping associated w/the bleeding the Drs don't seem particularly concerned w/it. If you start bleeding more heavily I would def. call your Dr but in the absence of heavy bleeding and ctx or cramps...hang in there and don't worry!
