ok-Sunday I went out and bought easter candy for the kids. This was after arguing with my teenager because he is turning into SUCH a MAN!!! He has been such a butthead lately. ANYWAY-it was a stressful day. I know while I was out I didn't drink enough water. That evening I had a few honest to goodness contractions-not BH these were low and crampy-the first one was rather attention getting. The others were much milder. Then yesterday morning I had some spotting-light red in the morning fading to pink. by last night it was just light brown discharge. MW said to call her back if anyhting else changed but that I was probably just starting to dilate more. I spent the day in bed as much as possible but I am still so nervouse-excited and a little shocked those few contractions really made me remember labor. I have another week until I am 36 weeks-but would really like to wait until the first week of May. I am just really nervous now. Last week I was so ready! Now I have a bit of stage fright I guess. It is feeling very real now. I can't believe we are going to have a baby in just a few weeks! AAHHH!
Aw hugs! Take it easy this week so you'll be in the clear... IKWYM about stage fright. I'm so ready on one hand, but on the other I'm like "I'm having a baby!"
I've been having some red spotting, turning to darker red little clots today, but I already know I have a marginal placenta previa. This is the first pregnancy I've had were there was bright red spotting, my others I did lose my plug, but it really was the plug, and not really any blood. I don't mean to alarm you and and I would firstly trust my mw's advice, but have you been checked for where the placenta is? Probably nothing, but I would want to know if thats a possible cause.
