My sil is about 2 months pregnant and has been spotting for 4 days. She is really worried that she is losing the baby. It has been really light and mostly dark with a little bit of bright red and she has had no cramping. Has anyone else had this? How long did it go on for? I have been trying to reassure her that it is fairly normal to spot some, but each day she just gets more worried about it. Thanks for any help & advice.

Has she called her MW/OB? I would go get it checked out. I had rather heavy spotting with DD around that same timeframe and it was from fibroids. She is now a healthy 3 year old! But, still it sometimes helps to have that peace of mind from having it checked.
