A while ago I sprained my ankle quite badly and have always had slight trouble with it. Now I hurt it again

It's not that bad this time, no bruising, just a little swelling at the joint, and I can walk around.

Would getting Rescue Remedy cream be something that would be good? Any other suggestions? No money for a chiro or anything else like that.

TIA!

I had a third degree sprain of my right ankle about 8 years ago and I went through physical therapy and saw a surgeon who said it was worse than a break. It still bothers me from time to time and I use an elastic bandage that I got at the pharmacy. It is tight on the ankle an gives it a little extra support.

Ruta Grav. homeopathically helps a lot of people with sprains.
My partner is a chronic ankle sprainer (high, high tight arches are the cause, we think), and lives off of ruta and ace bandages during soccer season.
