I thought I'd post about the new Wise Traditions article since there was a long thread addressing whether HVCLO had synthetics a few months ago. I just got a copy today so I haven't had time to read it. The issue contains 3 articles on HVCLO. One by Chris Masterjohn, one by David Wetzel (owner of GP), and one by Sally Fallon. The one by Dave is titled Update On CLO manufacture. As I stated, I haven't read the articles yet. I would guess Dave has gone into detail on exactly how the fermented version is made.
