HI! I'm looking to get DH a home sprouting system. He loves all sprouts and they go bad quickly up here in Alaska. Any suggestions?

I just sprout in bowls...let me know if you find something!

I usually just sprout in a colander. But I've seen some sprouting jars for like $10 if you want something fancier. The trays are probably not worth getting unless you want a totally hands off approach (I think they water the sprouts for you).

I sprouted in mason jars with cheese cloth over the top. Works well and much cheaper than a sprouting kit.
