Should we try and schedule a get together? I know there have been some before but there seem to be a lot of new mamas on board now

We're up very late at night (20 month DS is playing piano as we speak), so early GTGs don't work so well for us- nothing earlier than 11 am would be terrific.

We're willing to travel to pretty much any area in the metro, but we're close to Maryland Heights and St. Charles.

What days are good for you all? Mondays or Wednesdays would be best for me.

There is a nice, small park in Clayton called Demun Park. The yahoo AP group meets there on Tuesdays and it is very nice. It is fenced in so no worrying about little ones escaping

Clayton is north of the awful 40 and Hanley (and 170) interchange. Think Brentwood, Webster Groves, Richmond Heights ... that general area.

ETA in response to the "what day works best" question above--Any day is fine for me as long as I know far enough in advance that I can get off work. Tuesdays are absolutely perfect, though, as are Sundays. But again, any day works if I know ahead of time.

Just a couple weeks' notice would work. I can be more specific after I get home from work tonight (around 11pm), they post deadlines for when to ask off for a certain set of dates.

Any day is fine- DS takes his nap at about 2 pm nowadays, so I'd try to be home before then.

I'm interested in a get together! Just moved back here after being away for a few years. Had a great group of MDC Moms near Chicago who met every week, we enjoyed it a lot. My schedule is pretty open, We're up for anything!
