ok, it's done...
i'm soooo not trying to be bag, but how about a new rule that any time someone wants to be added, they just copy and paste and add themselves to the list? i never notice when there are new people, and by the time i get a reminder to update, there are usually enough people to add that it takes a little longer than i'd like to spend
