The story goes like this ... I bought a stretch wool a while back when they first came out ... size small for the new baby ... it arrived ...looked nice ...so I put it away with the rest of the baby's growing stash. Well the other day a CD using friend of mine who's also expecting came over and we were checking out what I've got so far. I pulled out the cover and realized that it's really huge ...so in an attempt to prove to myself that it's really a small I tried it on my almost 30lb 2 3/4 year old dd ... and IT FIT!!! Not only did it fit but it fit on the tightest waist snap and the middle leg snap. She's been wearing it to bed ever since (over a FCB 2) and it's working great.
My question is for anyone else who has bought one ... do the smalls actually fit small baby's? Should I look for a NB cover? DD has thinned out quite a bit so I'm not sure it it fits because it's BIG or because she's thin? Oddly enough the rise is long enough too (even over a FCB which isn't exactly a low rise diaper).
