Stamp collecting, anyone??

I just pulled out my stamp collection again, after not having worked on it for about the past 7 years or so! And I'm having a good time. I've been collecting on and off for about the past 25 years!! I collect everything, US and foreign stamps, and it's great fun!

Hi! I have many stamps that I've gotten over the years. I have a book that I've been putting them in and I'm having fun finally organizing everything. A lady who works with mom found out that I collect and brought me two gallon sized ziploc baggies full of stamps. Almost all of them are from the 1930's - 1950's. Her husband was in WW2, so there are tons of foreign stamps. I don't really pursue it other than saving ones that I receive and interesting ones that my mom gets in the mail. The only older ones that I have are from that lady, but like I said, there are a lot of them.
Just wanted to let ya know someone else here is into stamps!

That sounds really neat! I bought a big box of them from a stamp company and it came in the mail yesterday. I have been picking through it slowly, it is kind of a nice little break for me when DS is playing by himself... he will fortunately leave me alone long enough to go through a few things! The stamps from 1930-50 are really neat, how cool that you got so many of them!

I'm not sure collecting stamps is a very popular hobby, but I sure enjoy it!
