I have one... just one.

A dollar tree one. Never been wrong in the past. My daughter got a bfp at 6 days past conception... i didnt believe it and got an U/s to confirm

but...

I'm 9dpo. My honey was here last week and we DTD... every day.

7dpo i started getting nausea
8dpo cramps and nausea
9dpo cramps gone, still nausea, low-grade headache at work, dizzy off and on

and itchy! omg itchy!

So... I really want to take this test.

But I really know I should wait.

Why is this so hard?! WHY DOES THIS TEST TAUNT ME SO!?!?! lol

you should totally use FMU on it tomorrow. 10 dpo sounds like a good time to get a bfp.

and the worst part is... although tomorrow is saturday... i still have to get up at 5 am and work a minimum of 3 hours to make up for emergencies this week (have mandatory overtime, good for the holidays)

I may work 6.

If I test... and get a pos... i wont be able to work.
If I test ... and get a neg... i just wont want to work.

but that darned test is just laying there screaming PEE ON ME! PEE ON ME!!!
(which in any other situation would just creep me out)

but I know if i do, and it comes back neg.... that was my only test!

I am no help. I would totally test, see a negative, cry myself to sleep and then have the negative end up being because I was stupid and tested too early. Hold on until the morning...you can do it!!!!!

I'm scared that if I test in the morning it will still be too early...

I don't have money to buy another test until next friday... and by then af will either have visited or not...

actually due to another woman going into labor today (ironic eh?) my doctors appointment (just my yearly nothing special) i was nervous about going to in case she confirmed pregnancy or lack thereof... was cancelled.

And it's scheduled for Wednesday... the day AF is due.

If you are pregnant, peeing on a stick won't change it either way.

You said it would disrupt your day tomorrow, either result you'd get.

There is a good chance you could/will get a negative this early, and a positive would come in a few days' time. Don't you want to wait for the positive?

What things around your house need doing? Do you have a three-day project that you can work toward finishing before you poas while you wait to miss AF?

Take it with you to work tomorrow and leave it there so you won't have the temptation every morning from now until you miss AF. Tell yourself nothing will show unless it's fmu.

You can do it. Be strong.

Okay, so OP, cut your test in half and take one on Sunday. Then you'll have an extra to take on Tuesday!!!

well there's two reasons why I only have one test

1 being that i dont even have a dollar to my name (honestly) until friday
and 2 being that I live in the middle of nowhere and a trip to the dollar tree is a half hour drive there and another half hour back... and I'm not quite that desperate (yet)

and as for things to keep me occupied, my honey left sunday and I wont see him again til september so im honestly trying to keep my mind off that enough as it is... i dont know if i can keep my mind off of two things without driving myself insane!!!

and...

doesnt cutting them in half make it more likely you'll get a false result?

And thank you all so much for the support of not taking it... i'm really trying not to but i cant say i wont give in when i wake up tomorrow having to pee before my bladder explodes...

I found that as long as you are using them within a reasonable amount of time from each other, it was always accurate (like a day or or couple of days apart) The one and only time I ever get an incorrect result was when I tried to use a really old one that had been cut in half..like, a cycle or two down the road....
