I'm not sure how to supplement my stash for a newborn coming in 2 months. We used a diaper service for our dd for the first year or so, then switched to disposables for 4 months. Then I learned about the snappi and decided to buy my own CPFs. That leaves me w/out anything until I can use the medium CPFs again. Because this will (very likely) be our last, I don't want to spend a ton.

I'm currently considering:

1) Buying small CPFs (but will the blow-out factor drive me crazy w/ a 3 year-old to tend to as well?)
2) Buying size 1 Kissaluvs (DD was 9 lbs), but then what?
3) Using disposables (I know... and I'd rather not) until babe fits into medium CPFs (when would that be?)
4) Buying Fuzzibunz (one size to get me through to the medium CPFs, then selling them.

Are comments on my options? Or additional wisdom to impart?

Thanks!

I would say buy some fitteds and a few covers along with the prefolds. The TP is good place to start for saving money.
