I thought it might be a good idea to have a list of sites the apply to each states laws on special needs laws in a form that is easy for those without law degrees to understand!

For NJ:
Equals In Partnership
Basic Rights for Families of Children with Disabilities
http://spannj.org/BasicRights

For MA:
A Parent's Guide to Special Education.
A Joint Publication of The Federation for Children with Special Needs and The Massachusetts Dapartment of Education.
http://www.fcsn.org/parentguide/pgintro.html

So does anyone else have any state sites like this that break things down in easily understandable terms?
