I'm trying a new recipe tonight for Indian Vegetable Curry. It calls far sterilized milk. Now just what is that? Is it the condensed milk?

I was thinking about trying the coconut milk. I'm just not a very confident cook, especially with a newer recipe! I've had a lot of "learning experiences" lets just say!
